Dream team Mailula hosted the visitors Dawn swart Team in the Mailula sports grounds, Vosloorus on the 18th of March 2023.

On weekends community members from Mailula gather around to give support. Coach Thabo Bodibe from Dreamteam Mailula mentioned that was an organized friendly match.

When the game started, the home team had some difficulties penetrating the defense of the mighty Dawn swart Team. In the first 35 minutes of the game the score was 2-1 in favour of the visitors. The visitors dominated first half of the game which led to a 3-2 lead advantage against the home team.

Coach Thabo Bodibe said that among other things his team has experience. It is also on a top-tier finalist squad in the Ekurhuleni Master's League as well.

Dreamteam saw no competition despite falling behind in the first half since they were playing with the best players on the field. In the second half the home team came strong as Tshepo Legadime scored the third goal which was the equalizer. The Danswart Team managed to penetrate the defence of the home team by scoring a goal which was considered foul.

The final score for both teams was 3-4 as the home team managed to snatch a last-minute winner. “It was a difficult game for the home team, but a good one,” said Pearl Mgxethwa, who’s one of the supporters of Dreamteam.
