A dream became a
reality in the career she enjoys.
Meet Thabsile Hadebe, a University of Johannesburg graduate with two degrees. who also owns Vanilla Artistry, which was founded in 2019. She works as a freelance graphic designer in the industry. She based the name of her business on the nickname she was given as a child: Vanilla. She had a constant need for something more heartfelt.
Her personality, style, and choice of colors when creating are what gives her work its distinctiveness. The kind of services supplied by her firm include logo branding, layouts, billboard designs, and designs for social media pages. Her inspiration for her work comes from how people experience life, and she uses designs to convey various narratives.
She faced difficulties
due to clients giving her short notice and exerting a lot of pressure, as any
entrepreneur experiences ups and downs. She successfully explains her field of
work to her clients because of her excellent communication skills. Anyone who
wants their story to be depicted in design or illustration is her target market.
She claimed that risk-taking is a quality that entrepreneurs must possess to
achieve greater heights.
Thabsile Hadebe
declared that one aspect of her business her services would never be
compromised because she spends a lot of time perfecting it for her customers.
Her initial successes in the media field were the registration of her company
and her relationships with well-known companies, notably Woolworths.
Her ambition is to
start her own business soon rather than just working from home. She wants to
create an agency with different freelancing designers so they may collaborate.
The advice she gave to any aspiring graphic designer is that, they should never
stop creating and seize any opportunities that present itself, she advised.
