She remembered who she is, now she is thriving. A young girl from Vosloorus in Ekurhulen Municipality named Nkosingiphile Ntombizakithi Sithole known as Zamajobe is the founder of Zamajobe Décor.

Nkosingiphile started her business when she was 16 years with help from her sister and mother. Her business was established in 2020 but got recognition in 2021.

She loved being an entrepreneur at a young age. What motivated her to start her own business in 2020, it was her cousin’s business. Nkosingiphile said that when she got to matric year, she had to put a tight schedule on how she managed her business and she managed to pass with a Bachelor’s pass.

Nkosingiphile said that she is able to work under pressure, every task she completes, she
does her best. In her experience of marketing, she highlighted that it is hard marketing, especially on social platforms.

This is one the reasons that she wouldn’t get attention from the people, but her sister helped her. On how she manages her finances, she says that it is not always easy. There are difficult times, but she will always continue with her business.  One thing that makes her business unique from other décor businesses is that she makes her clients sign up a contract before she can work. This makes it easier for the service provider and clients to have proper agreement.

“Just start small, start tired and everything will have a good turning point,” said Nkosingiphile.

As she concluded during the interview, Nkosingiphile said everyone needs to go for what they want. It all needs patience as long as they have a business plan and a passion. Everyone starts from somewhere, from just having 1 customer. They should market their business everywhere to get exposure. Do not give up that easily.
